A short description of the NBS project
Ecological restoration by immersing diverse artificial reefs to provide shelters and habitats to marine species. The aim of the project is to diversify and regenerate marine natural resources in order to both make local fishing durable and ecological restoration.
The objective of the intervention is the immersion of diverse artificial reefs to provide habitats to aquatic species.

The idea of this project had come thanks to an elected representative who wanted to integrate sustainable developpement and ecological services in the Pardo Bay. The project had been then implemented with concertation of scientists, fishermen and local representatives. Artificial reefs had been installed by an engineering society.
